American Academy of Nursing:  The American Academy of Nursing is an organization of distinguished leaders in nursing who have been recognized for their outstanding contributions to the profession and to health care. 

American Nurses Association:  Includes links to state nurses associations, American nurses credentialing center, the ANA 2000 Convention, the American Nurses Foundation, online issues of journals in nursing, the American Academy of Nursing, and more.

Boards of Nursing:  In addition to Board addresses and phone numbers, this site includes licensure requirements, maintenance, and fees; some states' Nurse Practice Acts and a search for other states' Nurse Practice Acts; links to Nursing Regulations, and Nurse Practice Acts continuing education courses; and Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact (also known as Mutual Recognition, National Licensure, Multi-State Recognition).

Nurses123.com:  Nurses can use this site to find great nursing jobs across the US, research healthcare facilities, find career related information, and learn about travel nursing.  There is also a link to Travel Nurses / Access Nurses:  Access Nurses is a source for great travel nursing jobs cross country. They provide traveling nurses with travel nurse assignments, competitive salaries, benefits, and fully furnished housing.
